PVR 510 Cant t Detect SW21

HI,

I have a Dish 500 with a legacy quad lnb feeding into a SW21 with a legacy feed from the 61.5 satellite . When I do a check switch on my PVR 510 it just sits there on the check switch screen and then reboots it self. It seems it can t detect the switch. I know there is a switch already built into the quad lnb and was wondering if I am missing something here? My 811 receiver works fine with same setup.

Clear the switch matrix.

Disconnect the satellite feed and run check switch.
Connect the satellite feed and run check switch again.

If that doesn't work you may have a bad SW21.
