  • Server Issues.

We are very aware that there have been system issues the past few days. In troubleshooting the system, it has been determined that the issue is at our provider and is hardware related. As of 12:05 PM ET our provider has moved us to a new server.

Things seem to be running better on this new server. However in trying to diagnose the issue (before finding out it was a hardware issue) we made some system changes which we need to undo. So if you find any issues or errors please let us know in the Operations Center Forum.

Thank you for your patience! Sorry for the issue!

Now to the problem. My dish is facing Asiasat 3s and the direction of the dish is ok.
Now when i purchased a new c band lnb and replaced the old one, signal sometime is 0% and some time 80,90 or even 100%.
Sometime i can view the channels and some time no.
I added some punctuation to the question.

Which LNBs do you have, old and new?
Were you having the same problem with the old LNB?

I am assuming you are in Riyadh, Saudi . I am afraid my experience with dish instalation there was a nightmare , no-one wanted dishes mounted solidly (most were just weighted down with blocks and slabs - No offence intended).
Unfortunately you are on the edge of Asiasat 3S footprint and I suspect your alignment/Skew is just slightly out of adjustment.
