question about 622 and 2nd tv

I will be getting a new install soon and have a question about the 622 dvr. can I switch between 1 tv and 2 tv mode without having any problems? I have a tv in another room that nobody sleeps in but I also capture video onto my computer in that room and I was wondering if there will be any negative effects of switching between the two modes.

You can easily hit swap and you can go back and forth between the two tuners. There is no problem doing so .

I think he means between single user mode and dual user mode. And yes, you can change back and forth, but you have to do it by pressing the button on the front of the box.

yeah I meant user modes... so there is no problem just switching back and forth and playing some recorded shows?

Nope, no problem at all.

You don't have to switch modes to watch recorded shows. All recorded content is available on TV1 and TV2 requardless which tuner is used to record.
