Question about 922 upgrade problems

I just attempted to upgrade to a 922. And since I opened a second account under the same name at a second location, they say I dont qualify for the upgrade. Do you guys have any suggestions? I think i will email ceo@dish.com and see if that gets me anywhere.
 
possibly... Ive had this problem before and when i emailed "ceo" they took care of it for me. I havn't heard back yet but I will keep you guys posted when/if i do.
