Question about 95 sat.

I have the international dish installed, but there is a problem with the signal, The 1st transponder has a signal strength of 71 but transponder 7, 15 and 22 has 55, 55, and 0 signal strength. The Tech. tried to get better signal but could not. He called his supervisor and that guy said that the other 3 transponders are on the east coast and to California you cannot get any better signal. Is that true? I get the international star TV channels + the cricket ticket. Does anyone know what transponder those channels come from? If it is the 1st transponder I guess I am O.K but if not I will have a big problem with losing the sinal at winter time. Any info?

Not true. Depending on the dish, you have to peak the Lnb, or Skew the dish.
