I have an HR10-250 (HDTIVO)
My remote is broken and I need a replacement.
I have found several that I am sure will work, except for one little thing.
The closest match I can find is a remote that has a "Window" button instead of the "Ratio" button.
My question is.... Will the Window button perform the same function as the ratio button, or does anyone know where I can get an exact replacement, with the ratio button?
I hardly ever use the ratio button, but I would like it to be there, when I do need it.
