I’m trying to reprogram my RC73 remote to remove my tv and add power on/off to volume control. Using the normal process I couldn’t see a way to remove the Sony TV so I just named my tv a 3M. When I tried to do the audio device I found the 2nd option worked for volume but not power. My Denon AVR2200X receiver was not on the list. Is there any possible shortcut to finding the right code as the process stumbles frequently.

I have my Sony tv programmed with the client, and the volume for my Yamaha amp. Then I set up the CEC control through the ARC. The amp goes on and off with the signal from the tv. At least that's how I remember it!
