Question about DIRECTV for the Caribbean

There is a Satellite feed of both DirecTV and other services fir network channels. I am more concerned with DIRECTV which is the one I can get. There is currently a message in WSEE that states that the feed will be discontinued and directing viewers to an online petition. Does anyone here know if this means no networks for the Caribbean/Puerto Rico area or that the CBS feed will be replaced?
