Question about getting a 942??

I have been dreaming about getting a 942 but have not made up my mind because of the MPEG-4 thing. I own a 811 and a 301 and have the everything package w/ the HD and voom pack. If I was to want to lease a 942 for 250.00 and remove the 811 and the 301 from my account what will that do to my monthly bill. Will I still have to pay the additional receiver charge if I have the 942 hooked to a phone line or is there any other addition charges that I don't know about. Also, I will get to keep the 811 and the 301 right? I know when I upgraded from a 301 to a 811 and payed 150.00 they took my old 301. Thanks for the stupidity in advance.

I got snookered more, $200. But AFTER the install and under DHP I was told I would never own the 811 nor I suppose the older 501. I bought the 921 for way too much, so there is no question there. The 301 and the dish and any switches may be theirs, too.
