Question about HD+ PLAT.

I was just wondering if anyone could help me with this question.

Awhile back I was able to call Dish and combine the HD Plat. package to my HD package for the same price of $10.00.( HD + Plat)

My question is. Can you still do this?

A friend of mine has HD but didnt know you could add HD Plat. to the HD package. Was just wondering if you could still do this?

ne time... couple of ways to do it but the ez way is to remove hd and readd it. but beware the $5 downgrade fee is fully enforced. So when the programing is removed it would charge the fee.

Here is a good how-to IF it is still possible. It did not used to incur a downgrade fee.
