How many satellites am I suppose to be getting? I was doing the sat setup and it said error on 99º satellite, then it said I only had four...This is normal right?

Must be the AT9, if so, it is normal (there are other posts about this), it is area-dependant, because, afaik, 99 is for HD-LIL and RSNs, and I seem to recall that it also could be the way the 99 signal is combined by the dish.
So, basically, as long as you are getting the programing you are paying for (i.e. not missing any RSNs or HD locals), you're fine.

You have the right frame of mind for this. Last March a DSI call center / dispatch dude noted that it was March 1st so they were going to ship an AT9 to one of my install customers. When I asked about tech onfo I was told there was probably something in the box. Did my first one in the dark, in the rain with the customer on cell phone reporting the arrival of HD.
If it works.....don't look too close.
