Question on setting up a 721

Hi i have a 721 and i need to set it up with 2 dish 300 with dual LMB's i am using a switch sw64 but it keeps telling me that input 1 is not getting the same signal as sat input 2 on the receiver so it will not work properly can anyone help me and send me the right diagram to set it up. Or do I need 2 sw21's? On the internet i can only find setup for 1 Dish500 with dual LMB and 1 dish 300 into and SW64 to 2 receivers but i need.

Welcome aboard!

First, I'm going to assume that you're using one dish for 110 and the other for 119, and everything is Legacy (no "DP" logos).

Second, you don't say if the 721 is running current software. It should not make any difference, but if it's running less than 1.72, you might try running the two 119 feeds directly to the 721 to get the software up to spec.

Third, the correct wiring for your switch is 119 into ports 1a & 1b, and 110 into ports 2a & 2b. The 721 needs to be in output ports 1 & 2 with the power inserter on port 1.

Finally, if it's convienent, and you don't need the 3rd satellite in, or the other 2 feeds out, then a pair of SW21s is a nice simple reliable solution.

P.S. The correct term is LNBF, not LMB.
