questions about upgrading and locals

1. my contract just now ran out on dish, if i upgrade to a 622 will i have to sign a new contract ?

2. i live in north Georgia can i get atlanta locals ?

3. do i have to trade in my 811 or can i trade one of my other cheap receivers ?

Go to Dishnetwork.com. Go to locals. Enter your address. It will tell you what locals you can get.

We really do not know for certain the real terms of the MPEG4 upgrades. Charlie and Jim said one thing; retailers were told something else. Best to wait two more weeks and find out what happens.
