I have relatives that subscribe to Dish Network but do not have a computer, so they get their bills through the mail. If I set up an online account for them to make programming changes and such using my computer, will they still receive a paper bill, or will it go automatically to paperless billing? In that case they'd upgrade their programming over the phone.

I think you can have an online account and still receive bills through the mail. I had it this way for the first few months I was a customer until I went paperless with autopay.
You can create an online account and still get the bill in the mail. I did it that way for years until I signed up for paperless a few weeks ago so I could get the Cinemax for a penny deal.
