Quick Question On Billing

I got a question for the forum. On my statements I get this notice...See attached:
I have my 722 connected to both my land line and my broadband. Is this something that is just printed on the statement automatically?

That is something that is automatically printed on your bill if the computer notices there are PPV events to be billed. It's generic.
