I have 2 of these in my house. One stopped working a few days ago. It will show the banner display, but the screen is blank after that goes away. When I run the test, it says the access card failed. When I try to view the season pass settings or find anything to record, it says that my DVR service is not activated. My other one works fine and D* CS says it is activated. They had me switch the access card to the other one and it works. The other access card does not work in this one though. The CS rep had me blow compressed air into the card slot but that did not work either. I can however watch programs in my Now Playing list. They are sending me a replacement receievr, but it will be the new R15. I have never used that one and I like the R10. Does anyone have any ideal how to fix this?
