RabbitEars no response

I contacted RabbitEars as I have in the past with changes to the information they have, this time in two markets. That was many weeks ago, I sent the information again but no response and no changes made.
Are they still updating?

I'm sure Trip is updating. I get notices most nights. Keep in mind that RabbitEars is a side hobby; Trip has a full-time job, so the database is updated as he has time.
