Random picture errors in Dish Network Weather Channel HD

For several days I get a few random picture errors only on the Dish Network Weather Channel HD. My friend has the same problem. We use 211K receivers. My system uses the satellite at 72 deg and her system at 119 deg.
Has anyone else seen this?
Very rarely a large part of the picture looks like interlacing is not working properly. I see horizontal rectangles not synced.

Are you still seeing these issues on the HD version of the Weather Channel? I'll monitor this channel on both 72 and 119 and see if I can duplicate the issue.

I noticed the same problem over the weekend (EA Setup). Pixelation of only portions of the picture. Usually horizontal bars of varying height.
