Always some interesting performances on RAVE. Been watching "Montreux Jazz Festival" lately.

Caught part of this - the end of Shelby Lynne and the start of Counting Crows. Shelby good. Crows? - just ok. Adam Duritz really never needs to be in high definition. And I certainly don't need endless close-ups of his fat sweaty head, or his belly peeking out from his not-quite-long-enough dirty t-shirt. The music's okay, but damn this dude's a pig! Hey, VOOM! How 'bout some RAVE content with more pretty (think: Shelby, Sheryl, Beyonce) and fewer fat guys. This is HDTV afterall - the visual aspect of the programming shouldn't be an afterthought.
