RCA universal remote programming

Just bought an RCA universal remote - rcr3112wr, and need to know how to program for dish network. HELP!!!!

What Dish receiver do you have? If you have any of the VIP HD receivers, my true advice would be to return the RCA and get a Dish 21.0 remote...made to work with said receivers AND is a learning remote.
I know RCA's are cheap, but you get what you pay forl

If you meant 312 instead of 3112, THIS says the code for Dish is 50775.
