[VOOM] SCI FI to launch

called customer care was told SCI FI will launch on Tuesday Sept. 7,
2004 sometime after 9 AM E.S.T. Called more than once to confirm.

I guess it would probably help to tell you what channel. CSR said
it would be on channel 523. I sure hope this is good news for
everyone else as it is for me.

This awesome for VOOM, now RSN's for all markets, all the Nick
Channels, all the Discovery Channels, the OUTDOOR Channel, HGTV &
that should eliminate all excuses not to go with VOOM. Add HDnet,
Inhd1 & 2, Cinemax Outermax & 5Star Max, and a few other SD channels
and VOOM has the main market for being a solid sole sat provider and
the other can be used as secondary providers for stuff like NFL
ticket, MLB etc... VOOM is rock'in.

It's not nice to fool a 63 year old man, or
Mother Nature.

When I see the SiFi channel on Voom, I will
be 100% satisfied with Voom's channel lineup.

To be completly satisfied with Voom, I will
require a PVR. The future PVR they are talking
about sounds verrrry interesting.

I just went home for lunch and it didn't show up in the program guide so I
manually tuned to 523 and it came on.

The picture quality was better than what I had when I had Time Warner Cable
so I'm VERY happy now!!

I turn off all my electronic equipment using my Harmony Remote 659 so the pg
should be there when I turn it on when I get home from work.
