I was wondering if anyone knows how to reboot the pansat 2700a

If that doesn't work, I'm sure pulling the plug would work too. Like Das says, what do you mean by reboot?

when I turn on my pansat 2700 A it has just green lights going back and forth an thats all it does. have have put the pansats upgrade and still nothing.

Sounds like you're going to need more than a reboot.

So, you're putting the software from the pansatusa.com website onto the 2700 and it took it, but now you're just getting the flashing lights?
Was it working before?

yes it was working before but I wanted to update the newest factory bin for the pansat 2700A.

Try this-
1) turn off reciever
2) setup your computer to flash the Pansat with the latest factory .bin file
3) start the flash, and then quickly turn the pansat on.
4) do not interupt the process until the Pansat reboots fully

If this does not work you may need to JTAG your reciever to reload the factory boot files.

Good Luck!

BTW this is why I dont recommend flashing recievers unless the new files fix a known bug, or you are trying to remove hackware. Any interuptions of the flash process, or any corruption of the data being sent from the computer to the reciever, and you are looking at jtaging your reciever.
