Received mail from Dish

I received some mail from Dish last week (I don't remember everything it covered). But I remember it listed some dates when they would be offering the different movie channels on freeview. My wife threw the mail away and I don't remember what it said. Can someone post those dates? I assume everyone got the mail.

That was "gift #1". What is "gift #2"? I've logged into myDish on the app and via the Web portal but nothing is as the instructions say for how to redeem it.
