Recording on EHD will play on hopper but not on Joey

Weird little happening. I have a recording on my EHD. It will play fine on my Hopper. But when I try to play it through my Joey, I get a "you don't subscribe to this channel" message. What's going on?

Does your hopper have S2.46?

I don't believe EHD would play on Joey if you don't have the most current software.

Software versions should have nothing to do with it. Try re-setting your Joey.

I believe that's a known issue which is why I asked. It should be playable at the hopper or joey.

I'll try the reset. From what I know both have the most recent software.

So I did the reset and same thing. Unsubscribed channel message. Good to know they know about it. At least I can watch on my main.
