Recording on HR20

I just installed a SWM8 so I can access both inputs on my HR20. Everything works great but I need clarification about multiple simultaneous recordings. I can record two channels at once now but I also have a OTA antenna connected. The menu shows two ATSC tuners can record and two satellite tuners can record. I thought I could record two satellite programs and at least one OTA but I get a conflict message. What's wrong?

Nothing is wrong you can only do two recordings at one time.

The only exception to the two at a time is if you are downloading a program via DirecTV on Demand, you can then do three concurrent recordings (two via DBS or OTA in combination and one via DoD).
