Recording Programs Without Setting DVR

I have two DVR's, a 622 and 722 that all of a sudden began recording programs that we did not program to do so. The programs are all over the map on different channels. Both DVR's have 3-5 programs show up on the recorded list and the DVR actually establishes a timer that will continue to record these programs.

The really strange thing is we have four DVR's, two in each room. The two that are doing this unauthorized recording are both in the same room. One is a 622 and the other is a 722.

Anyone have any ideas before I talk to Mary or Phil across the pond?

Change your UHF address on those 2 receivers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Resetting the remote codes did not correct the problem.

After seven unsuccessful calls overseas which did not solve the problem (no one had a clue and two reps were so frustrated they actually hung up on me) I called some internal numbers at Dish and got hold of a VP. They transferred me to an executive assistant who had advanced tech support call me.

After about ten minutes the tech had me pull the power cord (I had already rebooted several times) which after four days seems to have taken care of the problem.

Now that I have a number at Dish I will never never call overseas for tech support. Three wasted hours and two people actually hanging up was the last straw.
