Recordings appear as Locked Events

The most recent occurrence was a recording off MGM HD ch. 385. I have not locked the channel out, but the recorded program appears locked in my DVR guide. I have a done a reboot/reset and still the same result. Any ideas?

I notice that too if you lock out the mirror channels of MGM in the 200 range it will lock out the recordings too. The only way around it is to not lock out any MGM channel whether in the 200 or 300 range.

I did unlock the 'other' MGM HD but it is still doing it. No big deal could be worse.

Is "locking" the channel some sort of an attempt to edit the guide that should be done as part of a favorite guide instead?

It's better that using a favorites list.
When you lock and hide a channel, it's gone from every where so it wont show in searches or if you type the channel number you wont go to it, etc.
