Recordings not showing up in the PTAT folder

Sometimes when I open the PTAT folder the recordings do not show up. The only way I can get them to show up is to open the drop down menu for grouping the recordings. I don't have to change the sort, just open the menu.

A couple of times each week, I have to save series on timers that go missing. Programs do not show up in My Recordings, but are listed in PTAT on programs that I had previously set timers for.
