Red botton on remote hardly ever works on sports channels

Title says it all. HR24-100, H24-100, H21-100. Never worked really well, but now is almost useless. Red button does work for other funtions

Mine often doesn't, but if you switch to a non sports channel then back, it works.

The new version they have now sucks. totally dumb.

I noticed it too. Part of it is the channel movement so CBS SN, NBC SN and FS1 it doesnt work. If I'm on MLB it usually works. ESPN is hit and miss....but pressing guide (or list) then back out brings it up then

It's been awful since they upgraded the font to a more HD-like appearance. I liked ScoreGuide 1.x a lot better for its reliability.

I agree ....
Score guide 2 stinks.
Font to small and you have to go thru too many steps to get what you want.
Bring back the old one and I'll be happy.... I rarely use it any more, takes way to long to load now ..... I can go to the computer faster now.
