Reddit Rumor on Hopper Plus

If they've got two techs telling you them that, then it's an office thing that the managers are having them say it. And it is 100% false and also against protocol that dish has released for us techs to go by regarding the situation.

The attacks have zero affect on receiver functions or any satellite feeds. We have no issues with them and I've installed two in the last week and been on service calls to 4 or 5 customers that have a plus and there's no issues with the plus itself. (Any issues were usually signal issues or something was physically damaged.)

lol I thought it was just a screen shot
 
Mine hasn't worked since day 1 and it does display a weird pink screen when it manages to boot sometimes, so I think they are having hardware issues.
