Atlanta (CNN) -- Actress Reese Witherspoon and her husband were arrested early Friday in Atlanta after they were pulled over for suspected drunken driving, the Georgia State Patrol said Sunday.
Witherspoon was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after she repeatedly refused an officer's orders to stay in the car while her husband, Jim Toth, was being given a field sobriety test, the state patrol said.
Toth was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane, the state patrol said.
