I recently purchased a new 1TB EHD to use with my Dish 622 as extra storage space. I'd love to take the 500 GB drive I had been using and use the storage space to back up my desktop computer (there are no more Dish programs on the drive--I just want to use the drive again). My computer doesn't recognize the drive when I plug it in...is there a way I can reformat to wipe Dish's Linux system and get it back to NTFS?
