Regional/College Sports Channels Currently on DISH? (w/ ch #s)

I have a question for anyone currently subscribed to the Sports Tier. What is the current DISH channel lineup for regional sports networks (including the Big Ten Network)? I'd like a list of the channels with their current chan.el numbers. The DISH web site is always out of date and I canceled the Sports Pack after last year's college basketball season. I'm thinking about getting the tier again but with all of the regional sports channels dropped by DISH lately I want to know exactly what is still available before jumping in.

Next go to either 61.5 or 110/129 and look at channels in the 400s.
