I have a dvr with 2 remotes, i've been using just the tv 1 remote for a while now and decided to setup my second tv finally.. i can record using tv 2 and get a picture on tv 2. however the remote will not communicate with the receiver.. i have swapped the batterys and am looking for more ideas.. any help is appreciated.

Press sys info on recv or press menu button on tv1 remote twice to pull up sys info hold sat button on tv2 remote untill lights flash release press a random # on the number pad say 5 for instance then press pound "#" button and press rec button about 4-6 times untill u see remote adress change for tv2 remote to which ever # you pressed on # pad sometimes you have to do this kind of fast
