Remote Access Problem

Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue today.

I am logging on to Remote access from a public wi fi connection right now I m at a McDonalds. My Grid does not display any locals or HD channels. This has never happened to me before but I have never logged on from public wi fi before either. Only from work or at home both secure networks.

It's happening to me too from a location that has worked in the past. So it's a Dish Network issue, not your problem.
