remote won't control tv2

Installer just left but now the remote only controls tv2 when I'm in front ofthe 722k. He must have changed a setting because this tv2 remote worked before the move. Your help would be appreciated.

Does the 722k have the UHF remote antenna on the back of it?

Remote 2 shows a 6 on the address in diagnostic screen... is this right?

If the remote was programmed at the 6 address it could be. Press system info on the front of the receiver, and then press the record button 2-3 times to see if it changes.

Do you have a piece of coax so that you can make an extension for the antenna on the back of the receiver?
