Reset HIRD-E86?

I have a HIRD-E86 setup for OTA HD. I am taking the signal via Composite to my SD tv, but accidentally selected 480i resolution. Now I can't get anything to display on the screen . I suspect that since my TV is a non-hd tv, that the TV just won't display anything when set to 480i. I can't even get the menu to display (I figured I could just set the resolution back, but I get nothing on the TV).

Does anybody know how to switch it back or reset it to factory defaults or any other ideas to get it back?

Its in the manual that can be downloaded from DirecTV on page 1-7.

remote: action and input
receiver: guide and up

If that dosnt work and suspect a receiver lock-up with the power on yank the power cord out of the wall a couple of times this is known as a hard restart. I sometimes have to do that to my HIRD-E8.

SWEET! I found the Action & Input in the manual but I lost the remote a while back - I've been using a universal one.

The tip on the receiver worked - Guide and Up did it .

Not a tip the receiver: guide and up is on the same page.

Action and Input are mentioned in 4 other spots in the manual - that was the only spot where they mentioned guide and up. Thanks again for the help!
