Reseting "Favorites" Channel Guides

I dont know what is going on with my 622, but my favorites (guides) keep getting reset...sometimes they keep the names like "Kids" that I made, sometimes not. Usually they are filled with "All Subscribed".

This never happened for 2+ years and now it has happened 4 times in the last month. Takes me about 20 mins to get them back on TV1 and TV2.

I already bounced the box once.

Any ideas?

Dang it! It did it again.

Could this have something to do with the new channels?

I do have parental locks on if that makes any difference.
