Return of LNBF required??

I received a return package from Dish and it mentioned I have to return the LNBF and switch. I'm not even sure if I actually own that equipment, since I had some Dish equipment long ago before I resubscribed in 2013 (with Hopper).

My email for the equipment returns only mentions the 4 receivers I have, and says one does not need to be returned. Is it usually the case that you have to return the LNBF? I just want to avoid having to climb and get it and to locate the switch wherever it is.
 
I have cancelled with both Dish and Directv in the past, and have scheduled my sat service to be cut off for the last time on the 2nd of march (finally going all in with streaming and OTA). I have never returned the LNB, and have never been charged for it.
