I recently canceled my DISH service and on the return paperwork it specifically states that my credit card will be charged $149 per LNBF. We did not receive a return box large enough to accomodate that so when we called the DISH phone number, the rep that answered told us that we weren't required to do that. He said that if the DISH was all the way on the roof, they wouldn't put pressure on us to go up to get it. He stated that as long as we returned the receiver and the remotes the account would be wiped clean.
Has anyone else had this experience? Will they charge us for not returning the LNBF?
