Paul Walker's Daughter Meadow Sues Porsche Over Actor's Wrongful Death: Tragic New Crash Details https://celebrity.yahoo.com/news/pa...-porsche-over-actors-000858384-us-weekly.html
Paul Walker’s 16-year-old daughter, Meadow Walker, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche following her dad’s Nov. 30, 2013, death in Valencia, Calif. According to the lawsuit, obtained by Us Weekly, Meadow’s lawyers claim that Paul died after being trapped inside the 2005 Carrera GT he was riding in alongside friend Roger Rodas."It is with great reluctance that Meadow Walker has authorized the filing of this lawsuit on her own behalf and as heir to Paul Walker's estate," her attorney, Jeff Milam, said in a statement to Us.According to the documents, Walker’s seat belt "snapped Walker's torso back with thousands of pounds of force, thereby breaking his ribs and pelvis," and trapping him in the passenger seat after the car crashed and broke apart. The lawsuit notes that the fire didn’t erupt for a minute and 20 seconds until after the crash, and that Paul was still alive inside the vehicle. “Paul Walker breathed soot into his trachea while the Porsche Carrera GT burned,” the suit alleges.

Paul Walker’s Death Wasn’t Porsche’s Fault, Car Company Says Amid Lawsuit https://www.yahoo.com/celebrity/news/paul-walker-death-wasn-t-porsche-fault-car-181906494.html
A day after deceased actor Paul Walker‘s daughter filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche relating to her father’s 2013 death, Porsche has issued a statement defending itself, asserting that the crash that killed the “Furious 7” actor was the result of “reckless driving and excessive speed.“As we have said before, we are very sad whenever anyone is hurt in a Porsche vehicle, but we believe the authorities’ reports in this case clearly establish that this tragic crash resulted from reckless driving and excessive speed,” the auto company told TheWrap in a statement Tuesday. The denial of responsibility comes after Meadow Walker, 16, filed suit against Porsche in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming that the Carrera GT that Walker died in lacked safety features that could have either prevented the accident or allowed the actor to survive it.
