rolling screen on Captiveworks CW-600S

Almost everytime that I turn on the receiver the screen just rolls vertically. It looks like the vertical adjustment is off. Anyone know how to fix this?

it sounds like you are on pal mode

see if you it has a switch on remote to go ntsc, if not it has to be done on the menu

every receiver is different.

Actually, it was in "Auto" mode. I changed it to NTSC and now it works fine. Thanks.

FYI. another way to fix this is with a black&white tv will allow you to see the menu so you can reset.
