RTV AMC 9 down?

RTV on AMC 9 has a strong signal and quality, but only showing a black screen. Checked it on two receivers the same thing. Anyone getting a picture?

Solar outage time?

I noticed the other day the sun cast a perfect shadow on the BUD in the center when it was parked on AMC3 after lunch.

Maybe they are taking a turn around from the S2 feed's on AMC 9. That would account to what happened.
