RTV2 ??

On one channel of RTVs 4080 AMC3 there is a message from Luken com about this channel being available for broadcast.The call letters on this channel are wxyz!not sure if this was a station that bailed out the RTV network.it shows that there is a RTV2! anyone know what thats about?PS just did some remote clicking and found a few other empty channels with the same message.

WXYZ is channel 7 out of Detroit.

a fair amount of stations are dropping RTV for other channels (antenna TV. MeTV)

I still wonder why "My Family TV" isn't listed as a channel on that screen.
