Rural TV - 103w

[FONT=&quot]According to Lyngsat, Rural TV resides at 103w on 3927 H 2450. I can receive ION and DW just fine and a few others but Rural TV is elusive. Just wondering if Rural TV is actually still around anywhere on 103w. [/FONT]
