I have an openbox S9 which has been a work horse for about 4 years,i was watching 101w last night like always and all of a sudden the picture went out as in nothing. The power on light started blinking and its been like that ever since.I tried rebooting but to no avail.I tried turning it off for a period of time and the same thing goes on and on,any ideas.

I had the same problem once, ended up being a faulty/fried out rg-6.
Unplug your sat feed, turn receiver on to confirm.

Cheers K

Sounds like PS has went south, may be time to replace it.

If you have a volt meter and are familiar with using it you might check the power supply output.
