I am thinking of getting TWC for its Internet, basic/local broadcast TV (don't watch a lot of TV and movies these days), and maybe digital phone services. However, I am getting conflicted replies and information from both e-mails and phone calls.
The guy, on the phone, said they have more access to detailed information than the guys (noticed a lot of different people's names) through e-mails. For an example, I wanted to know if my upcoming house already has TWC cables hooked up from the streets even though the house never had a cable service before and if the bringing in cable would require digging (might be a problem since the tied private shared road/street is not regular type). I also noticed price details seem to be different from various people.
