Had a customer buy a samsung series 6 model 6420 tv about 3 weeks ago . They had a 311 dish receiver. evertime they shut off tv it shuts receiver off and does a soft reset to it.Today i installed a new 211k and it does the samething. note its not just shutting off receiver its causing it to reboot.
called samsung they said theres nothing they can do. Help! Thanks
Never mind,fixed it. It was the Eco samsung TV controling the monster surge protector. so samsung tv will control the power on half of the power strip.you turn off power on tv and it turns off power on tv.
