Does anyone know how to turn off SAP on the SA 4200 cable box? I noticed it got an update 2 days ago and since then on both of my cable boxes programs are coming on in spanish. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks. I had gotten to the menu where it has the option to set which SAP language I wanted and it was set to english. I called up cablevision and they said they would send out an activation signal. So far that has fixed it. Thanks for your help!
