Galaxy 19 has many channels in Arabic, here's a link,

SatelliteGuys.US - 97.0°W Galaxy 19 Ku

Very easy to receive if you have a clear view of the southern sky from your home.

You should be able to get all these - FTAList.com - Arabic Channel List

I am also in NY and receive 72, 74, 79, 83, 87, 89, 93, 95, 97, 99, 101, 103, 105, 113, 123, 125 and 129, all on KU band. Most of the Arabic channels are on 97. Others can fill you in on what may be on C band.

Yes you can receive Hispasat 1C and 1D as long as the channels you desire are on the Americas coverage area.

As long as you have good line of sight meaning you have no obstructions.
